      Would that work to an individual ?

      in any event you can ask him to disclose it ( and any pictures he has ) in your response to the letter before action - particularly if you dispute the level of damage caused.

          Yes, the DPA 2018 applies to individuals and companies. If you are collecting data then it applies to you and CCTV is collecting data.

            You simply need to respond that you require copies of the invoices for each of the works amounting to the sum he claims as he will be required to present them should he issue any claim.
