Where's that March 2012 date come from for your last payment ?

                      last pay meant March 2012
                      and
                      default sent may 2010
You mentioned the last statement was October 2010 I think -
final statement was dated oct 2010
Did you pay barclaycard or any debt collector after Oct 2010 ( do any payments show on that final statement ?)
Has it fallen off the credit file yet ?

                        Hi amethyst
the march 2012 payment came from my statute barred response to their pre action letter. Robinson responded with above date. Confirmed by a call to b card
Its a payment I possibly could have made to b card. I don’t remember. I have never made a payment to a Dca. There is a dd payment on the statement of 2010...

it it has fallen off credit file

i think i have answered all your questions

Sorry. Let me clarify that. I have the statements they sent to me in front of me now

i don’t have a 2012 statement. I was going to write to them to send proof of that payment. I think they it was 42£ There is a possibility that after many letters from Them I decided to make a payment to keep them quiet. But I can’t b sure. There is also a possibility that much is not recorded about this payment bcos when I question barclaycard today they could only tell me date and amount. They couldny tell me much else such as how the payment was made

the pack they sent me contains statemts upto Oct 2010. No payment was made on that statement

the last payment I can see is on those statements is a dd made by me on29 March 2010
