      It's a bit late but you could possibly email some support for the CPR changes to https://www.gov.uk/government/consul...tocol-for-debt - as had that been in force their claim could have been struck out at the beginning and saved you a whole heap of stress.

              Well I've received my judgement.

              Brief and succinct, just says after looking at the paperwork of Lowells who weren't represented and taking into account my evidence:

              Case Dismissed.

                  Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                  Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                  If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
