  • Re: Capquest Summons received - VIP

    Hi Everyone

I just wanted to give a massive thank-you to the website Legal Beagles. The support from this wonderful group of people has been fantastic. A power house of information, opinions and guidance.

If you read this and you’re in hopelessness and not sure where to turn I could not sing louder about posting to the forums. They are incredible.

For me this entire journey started with a lot of heartache and darkness. It’s so consuming. Where do you turn. I had no money for lawyers but if I did what lawyers specialise in this area. I was clueless.

You start off on your own but with Legal Beagles you soon realise you are not. On day 1 after I posted for the first time to Legal Beagles I did not expect the massive response I got. I was never a forum person and had never posted to any forum. They lifted my heart and kept me very positive.
Thanks to Amethyst and Celestine for creating Legal Beagles. What would of I done without out it.

Thanks to FlamingParrot for starting me off and giving advice on what letters to send so as to help defend my case.

A special thanks has to go to Mystery1 who supported me on a day to day basis investing a lot of his own time helping me out. He guided me, and supported me when at times it all seemed very bleak.

A wealth of knowledge and pushed me to get things done. I realised very early on how good he was when he would follow up on dates – ie your hearing is on x date. It was so good to have him on my side. Mystery1 gave me a great case to fight. I was able to follow the rules and had a good case. He introduced me to pt2537.

Now pt2537 is like having a lion on your team. He is fantastic. He knows his stuff. He looked at the case, took it on and could see we had a chance of winning. He took it over and worked many hours often calling me over the weekend to clarify things.

    Many thanks

    Wally
