Been contacted today by MC solicitors on behalf of Cabot stating court proceedings will be issued last chance to make a payment contained a expenditure sheet not heard back yet front Cabot regard my CCA request what should I do now

I'd send MC a terse note simply :
Sir ?madam,
Ref: use theirs.
I refer to your letter threatening court action and refer you to my request for information ( CCA Request ) dated xxxxx and CPR 31.14 request dated......'

Just posted my letter thanks nem and wanted to add on the back of the letter from MC at the bottom there is a reduced balance offer if I get in touch missed that yesterday when I originally read it so fingers crossed thing they are pushing there luck

Always keep in mind that the claimant has to prove on the balance of probabilities that you owe the debt.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service
Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
