They are asking for summary judgment on a claim that isnt pleaded based on facts that arent pleaded yet they attack you for not pleading a defence ffs pot kettleI work for Roach Pittis Solicitors. I am going to put all the documents I have and do the final touches in Amethyst's WS, then will post it here.
I am immensely grateful for the help.
The problem is I am a specialist nurse and the science of law is like a jungle to me even though I have more than one degree
I am in awe of guys like you. Thank you.

I started going through the latest pack with application notice dated 05/11/19 and their WS dated the same date and found some documents that I am not sure I posted previously.
I think it changes the whole thing because it looks like notice of assignment and other letters mentioning Restons and MFS Portfolio (on copies of Cabot letters they are also mentioned) but I don't think I received anything like this by post, I can't find anything.

Notice of Assignment of the account TO MFS Portfolio ?
Any chance you can send me a copy to compare with the BOS to Cabot ones ?

Oh, Amethyst, I feel myself extremely stupid because maybe I was looking at documents before and not understanding what they were. There are so many of them. It's now after reading the WS I started understanding a bit more.
I am going to post the ones I found today from the latest pack.
They also included statements etc.

I think you really need to focus on what summary judgment is, what they need to prove to get the order, what you can do to overcome it etc. The Claimants claim is a mess, they are seeking to get summary judgment against you by producing a witness statement in which they plead issues which should be in their sodding claim, on any normal day in court this would be slung out as being a hopeless application but because youre not a lawyer they appear to be trying to take advantage.
