OK, filing defence now, using that template.
Just one question - Re: 4.It is [admitted/denied] that the Defendant has [previously] entered into [an agreement/agreement] with [Original Creditor /Claimant] for provision of credit.

Do I admit entering into a credit agreement with NewDay (I had their credit card, so guess I did), or do I deny entering into an agreement with Cabot for credit?

Leave 4 out entirely - have you filed it ? Have you pointed out assignment issues and lack of agreement fully ? ( just checking )
