It's possible but the credit cards tended to be central rather than branch - so I believe credit card remained as Lloyds and it was only current accounts that were split to Lloyds or TSB.

Once that's done the case will be moved to your local court and they will issue directions for mediation, witness statements, hearing fee and a court date. Your argument about the SB date will go in your witness statement. ( also comment about the stat lift app not being received and no further comms since the case was stayed )
Did you send a SAR to Lloyds ? https://legalbeagles.info/library/gu...ccess-request/#staysafestayhome

Hi , I have recieved a mediation appt today in the post but u have to call them first to make sure the appt can go ahead.
My question is is what do I say?
just that firstly the debt is sb and I have received no actual proof of information to state that it’s not.
that they didn’t inform me of the stay being lifted two years after it happened, giving me no opportunity to ask for evidence of a payment being made.
i wrote to Lloyd’s but have had nothing back.

You tell them your defence is that the debt is statute barred (and was at the time the claim was issued ) and the claimant has not provided any evidence otherwise.
Might be an idea, if you haven't, to send a CCA request to the Claimant -> CCA Request
Just as back up incase the Statute Barred Defence does fail and you can include it in your Witness Statement after Mediation.
You mentioned contacting Lloyds but not having heard back - was that a Subject Access Request you sent to them ?
just a letter sent to me saying it wasn’t as I had paid a payment in 2013#staysafestayhome
