    If they don't think you'll defend and don't know it's statute barred they might try - potentially it's a lot of money that they'll have paid peanuts for ( maybe like 10p in the pound ) - but so far they don't seem to be threatening anything more than continuing to contact you - so don't worry

    will sort out a SAR letter for you in morning xxx

            Personally I think you should reply, if at the very least to tell them not to ring you at work... and tell them it is statute barred and to bog off Else everytime a letter comes through you're going to have a heart attack lol .... here's my earlier draft you can work with http://legalbeagles.info/forums/foru...85#post1418185

                  Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                  Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                  If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
