• Lowell solicitors court claim

Hi all. I have received a letter for a court claim from Lowell solicitors for an account I've never had. It's for over two thousand pounds plus charges. What do I do as never had a studio account but don't want to ignore it and end up with a ccj either.

Good Morning,

Have you had any previous contact from any company from the Lowell Group?
Please post a copy of the N1 claim form after removing your personal data and the claim number, if you have any problem with this I'm sure Kati will be able to help you.

Is it Express Gifts Limited t/as Studio ?

You can just type out the Particulars of claim from the front of the claim form if that's easier. Or feel free to email admin@legalbeagles.info and I'll post it for you.

Is it just a letter from Lowells Solicitors threatening to issue legal proceedings or have you actually been served with a county court claim which was issued by MCOL?

Either way send Lowells a s 77-79 CCA Request to protect your legal position.

This forum has a link to a template letter here > http://legalbeagles.info/library/gui...etter-example/
