So yesterday Lowell sent my two letters after sending them the requests.

One letter is a Notice of Claim Issue
    one is a Pre-Legal Assesmennt

Both of these letters are dated 16/01/17

from what I can see it does not comply with the SAR or CCA

what should my next steps be. I have not yet heard back from Vanquis Bank?
    Hi,

Those letters are not in response to the CCA request.
It's Lowell's build up to issuing claim.

Please post the letters here after removing ref numbers and your name and address.

Ok as said these are not connected to your CCA request.
The " misappropriation of the stat fee can be mentioned in defence. bearing in mind that RW is involved there's bound to be balls ups all the way through.

Do you have the proof of posting/signed for post receipt>

Have you had the claim pack yet.

Yes got proof and I also have the signatures from the Royal Mail tracking.

You mention RW sorry I can't figure out what this is.

Not had my claim pack yet is this something I can call and chase.

Will I have the chance to go to court in person or will this all be done via email?

              Many thanks

I see now the thread has been hijacked causing confusion.

I'll ask some one to separate the threads.

Aghh I have been browsing from my mobile so could not see the link.. found it now.

The main example given, fits my case fine. Is that something I send or take with me when it goes to court and do they use the local court to me?

                            Thanks

The issue date of the claim was the 10th January.

Defence due at court 12th Feb by my calculations. (33 days from issue date).

If so that's a Sunday, so Mon 13th 4pm latest.

It's probably best to hold off submitting it until nearer the deadline, as the Claimant/sols might in the meantime respond to your requests with documents in apple-pie order.

Ok so Lowell have got back to me. I have to say I am disappointed with the SAR only a few lines. From them.

They have noted my account is now on hold.

Can anyone shed light on what this means and what my next steps should be.

                                Many thanks
