Also send a CCA request (top of this thread).
In your case, as the PoC fails to mention exactly what the alleged debt is for, quote ss77-79 CCA 1974 (tweak the example accordingly)
Send to Claimant, with the £1 fee. (We usually suggest a postal order made payable to the Claimant, endorsed 'For statutory purposes only' & the reference number(s) used by the Claimant).
Put a note on the CPR request "CCA 1974 ss77-79 request sent to your client (Lowell Portfolio?) on (date). Copy enclosed." (Obviously, attach the copy)

Keep copies of all & get proof of posting.
    Many thanks,
The only question I have is do I accept the claim on the website first or do I leave it till I have sent the SAR and CPA

would you you mind if I PM you if I have any further issues.

    Kind Regards

Hi I have acknowledged the claim but for whatever reason the do not contest jurisdiction option has been checked.

So so I can't see how to amend it online so I'll call them tomorrow morning to be amended.

          I will be sending the

CCA and SAR request next. Is this correct?

          many thanks again

OK printed everything and will send tomorrow with proof of postage.

              SAR - Vanquis Bank
              CPR - Lowell
              CCA - Lowell

              Just to confirm

Lowell only use a POX and its the address on the court papers, I read that Royal Mail Signed for documents often do not get picked up by the recipient but they do get a card saying its been delivered

You can send recorded delivery to a PO Box, but the recipient will only get a notification card. They will have to visit their local delivery office in person with ID, to sign for the letter which may either cause delays or simply be ignored!
I take It its there issue not mine if they don't check it.

Hopefully the SAR went to Vanquis.
The next milestone will be your defence (33 days [latest] from court claim issue date).

Re: Hello, Advice Please Re Howard Cohen/Robinson Way Letter Threatening Legal Action

My Thread seems to have been moved or hijacked lol.

So yesterday Lowell sent my two letters after sending them the requests.

One letter is a Notice of Claim Issue
                                one is a Pre-Legal Assesmennt

Both of these letters are dated 16/01/17

from what I can see it does not comply with the SAR or CCA

what should my next steps be. I have not yet heard back from Vanquis Bank?
