Re: Claim for a Debt Statute Barred

Both copies of the agreement posted on here are the same ( one is a bit clearer) - when you say it's not what they sent when you requested it, what did they send you then ?

Re: Claim for a Deby Statute Barred

This is over £10k ? Statute Barred ? and you took the card out for a business - was it a business account or you just took out a personal credit card and let the business use it and deal with it ? They ran up over £10k then liquidated leaving you with the debt ?

What should my witness statement contain?

do you think I should instruct Solicitors?

I have still not heard from the Court regarding the above!

        Many thanks
The document appears to be T's and C's for what exactly I cannot tell.
Please describe what you were sent on the request.
