Well unfortunately for Link and Sainsbury's they have no choice. If you submit a formal Subject Access Request they have to abide by it and send you everything they hold on you. This might help you see what;s gone on with the case.
Unfortunately CCA requests for copies of the agreements are unlikely to bring anything up as they already have a judgment. But worth a try in my opinion.
Also do you know who the original creditor of the debt that was sold to Link Financial was ?
Can you also give us an idea of dates here. When approx were the CCJ's awarded against you? (when were they entered on your credit file )
