  • Re: County court papers received out of blue from lowell

They reckon £10.39 was paid in 2011. Absolutely no chance.

£3.73 in 2010-funnily enough apparently 2 weeks before i had a baby. These are made up figures

Can i email this lot to someone please becuase its a odf and i cant c and p it here. But it looks crazy. There is a signed CA from 2001. Last direct debit payments were 2007. Then theres two spurious tid bit payments 2010 and 2011. I did not make those. And theres now suggestion of how the payments were made.

Indeed it is. There are rules to prevent it.

Can you upload the judges order to disclose please ?

This lot claim it would not have been statute barred until 2017 because a payment was paid in 2011. I didnt make any such payment. In fact the day they claiming did, I was in sheffield starting a new job.

eta- i was on mat leave, not starting the new job. Sorry. Error there

They also claim i have lied about requesting a CCA from lowell in 2008 because it was not assigned until 2009. But i did write again twice in 2010 and that was ignored

When you got a note by post of the court date it would have had instructions on it. Usually starts " it is ordered that " etc.

Just looking at the made up payment dates, one is 2 weeks before i had a baby, i was housebound on crutches, and having med appointment. The other was a sunday.

Seriously who makes silly payments like that? No one. Payments are always nice rounded up,numbers, even when filling with fuelfolk will carry on to get a nice even number. This is BS

i genuinely do not believe i called them on a sunday and paid a couple of bob.
