So still not really sure what the arrangement was with the claimant discontinuing the original case, but it sounds like you set up a settlement by instalment arrangement with them, they discontinued the case, and there is no CCJ nor a consent order in place ?

So Tessera Portfolio Management took you to court, using Fenton Cooper Solicitors.

You came to an arrangement and pay Fenton Cooper Solcitors.

Tessera Portfolio Management have passed the debt over to Arrow Global, who use Restons. Yes you should have had a letter from Tessera as well as Arrow - you could check this with Fenton Coopers.

Your payment arrangement should switch over to Restons once you have spoken to them.

They may want to discuss your current circumstances to see if you can pay more now.

I don't know the terms of the original discontinuance/settlement so difficult to help much more than that at the moment.

I'll let @Celestine know you have posted.
creditors have not been bothering me for some time and i dont no the the terms of the original discontinuance/settlement

I havent had a chance to speak with Smith yet. (I'll call you tomorrow) So, no I can't discuss why exactly.
BTW - I'm not 'instructed' on this case, I just wanted to see if I could get any clarity and a solution by speaking to them on Smiths behalf.

I guess you'll have to change that signature again to read: "I specialise in setting aside statutory demands and getting claims discontinued". :beagle:
