          letter today from arrow

          we are writing to let you no tessera will no longer be managing your account on behalf of arrow global limited

          bet type loan
          balance owed to arrow global limited
          sold by tessera
          date of original agreement 3.8.205

          arrow are telling me to contact there solicitor regarding this debt
          arrow state they no i have a payment agreement in place and not missed payment
          the solicitor restons solicitors limited will contact me to discuss your repayment plan with you

          i had payment plan with fenton coopers - payments go to them
          wasnt informed the debt was sold

            Hi Smith, Welcome back.

            So still not really sure what the arrangement was with the claimant discontinuing the original case, but it sounds like you set up a settlement by instalment arrangement with them, they discontinued the case, and there is no CCJ nor a consent order in place ?

            So Tessera Portfolio Management took you to court, using Fenton Cooper Solicitors.

            You came to an arrangement and pay Fenton Cooper Solcitors.

            Tessera Portfolio Management have passed the debt over to Arrow Global, who use Restons. Yes you should have had a letter from Tessera as well as Arrow - you could check this with Fenton Coopers.

            Your payment arrangement should switch over to Restons once you have spoken to them.

            They may want to discuss your current circumstances to see if you can pay more now.

            I don't know the terms of the original discontinuance/settlement so difficult to help much more than that at the moment.

              creditors have not been bothering me for some time and i dont no the the terms of the original discontinuance/settlement
