    hi county court claim dated 20 /2013 got it to day 23 /2013
    els & cole solictors have issued the county court claim
    sent cca to llyods black horse back in 2006
    and stopped paying when nothing came back
    the account should be time barred
    all the time collecters sent letters i stated cca they backed off


    we are on state benfits and i have health problems
    the debt was in 2005 was paying debt mangment untill 206 then stoped paying them couldnt afford the payments
    no lb letter was sent no default letter not sent
    nor a credit agreement wasnt sent
    no default letter

    Well if it is as you say then it's SB.

    What help do you need ? Are you sure it is SB? Are you sure they're not doing some jiggery pokery to get around SB ? (phantom payments)

          the debt was a loan from llyods black horse
          i paid about £300 befor a debt mangment and with debt mangment about £300 program stoped paying them in sept 206 couldnt aford it
          cca was sent nothing back so account was in dispute with charges
          debt collecters had a lot of quoted cca they back off untill know not got a clue with the forms for county court to get it stayed or some thing there stateing £1442.26 with costs 1587.26 theres some sort of life insurance that they state what i was told i had to have to get the loan that was £500
          this debt as been sold twice

                  No we never received notice of assignment or a default notice nor any letters from arrow or any contact from them we never receved any of of llyods black horse
                  think there useing court as a collection agancy
