Not a clue atm, as you've posted scant info.Originally posted by Squashit View PostNow what do I write for a defence?
To begin with, post up a reacted of any pcn received, postal & windscreen, front & rear where applicable.
Ensure all times & dates are visible.
Also clear photos of site signs, inc entrance signs.
Is the vehicle privately owned? Hire/leased? Company owned?
Do you live in England/Wales?
Without ID'ing the driver, give as much info about the alleged contravention as possible.CAVEAT LECTOR

How can you file a defence without knowing details of that which you are defending?Originally posted by Squashit View PostI don’t have the letters anymore. It was a long time ago so I don’t remember much which is why I think it would have been better to just pay it
Write to DCB Legal quoting the reference no.s, (1st class post with proof of sending) & ask for all evidence which their client will rely on in court. Also ask for a true copy of the landowner agreement.
Stipulate that, as this is needed to meet court deadlines, their co-operation for an expeditious response is anticipated.CAVEAT LECTOR
