Hi, just received a claim form in today 12th august with issue date 4th august. It’s regarding a parking ticket I ignored as I was in the bath store way over time allowed and didn’t know I needed to get a ticket. My letter doesn’t look real, not sure what to do?

These are the options. To pay they want you to fill in the personal/financial details but tells you to not pay cash but no other options to the claimants address. It just doesn’t seem professional?Comment
