Hi, just received a claim form in today 12th august with issue date 4th august. It’s regarding a parking ticket I ignored as I was in the bath store way over time allowed and didn’t know I needed to get a ticket. My letter doesn’t look real, not sure what to do?

The most important thing for now is to acknowledge the court claim.

In acknowledgment, do you mean make the payment?

These are the options. To pay they want you to fill in the personal/financial details but tells you to not pay cash but no other options to the claimants address. It just doesn’t seem professional?
