                          Not a clue atm, as you've posted scant info.
                          To begin with, post up a reacted of any pcn received, postal & windscreen, front & rear where applicable.
                          Ensure all times & dates are visible.
                          Also clear photos of site signs, inc entrance signs.
                          Is the vehicle privately owned? Hire/leased? Company owned?
                          Do you live in England/Wales?
                          Without ID'ing the driver, give as much info about the alleged contravention as possible.

                            I don’t have the letters anymore. It was a long time ago so I don’t remember much which is why I think it would have been better to just pay it

                              How can you file a defence without knowing details of that which you are defending?
                              Write to DCB Legal quoting the reference no.s, (1st class post with proof of sending) & ask for all evidence which their client will rely on in court. Also ask for a true copy of the landowner agreement.
                              Stipulate that, as this is needed to meet court deadlines, their co-operation for an expeditious response is anticipated.

                                Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                                Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                                If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
