If you've read through it a couple of times and it reads well, then send it. I'm not sure it needs posting up again.

In a nutshell, you receive a Directions Questionnaire, the possibility of mediation, if not resolved, Witness Statements and Hearing.

It will be fine, everything in your Defence is factually correct, is that correct?

If I was in your shoes, I would immediately correct your WS to write the Statement of Truth in proper form and file it with the court and serve on your opponent with an apology for the error.

I don't suppose you have requested that Admin correct the template? Has there been a single case reported on the forum where it has been struck out because of the wrong wording?

So I cannot amend the submitted document. What shall I do?

I believe that the facts stated in this Defence are true. I understand that proceedings for contempt of court may be brought against anyone who makes, or causes to be made, a false statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an honest belief in its truth.”

what do you mean by “serve on your opponent(Cabot) with an apology for the error.”

Please assist me with this as I’m not quite sure what to do?

                              It's not a WS.

                                It’s not Witness Statement, it’s a Defence.

                                shall I still make amendments?
