  • Online Review Court Order

Someone close to me has received a court order for writing a bad review online. The company hides all its reviews, so seems dodgy. It is from Northampton County Court. Would this be legit? Should they ignore?

Don't ignore it as Mike says, go online and acknowledge the claim - don't enter a defence yet, just acknowledge with intent to defend in full.

Then can can you post up the particulars of claim please.

If it is a claim for libel then they shouldn't of bought it through the County Court it would have to be through the High Court so we need to know what they're claiming for to know what to do next. Can you give us a little bit of background and an idea of what your review said and where it was posted was it Facebook or trust pilot et cetera?
