    hi, have a claim for £120 from 2015 for a utlity company - do i send a 31.14 request? what would i put on? thanks

    First, Acknowledge Claim.

    Documents mentioned in the Particulars of Claim are what you would request via 31.14.

      hi, they havent sent me anything, just a paragraph on a page explaining this is the debt and two dates, thing is the claim is a lot less than it would cost to send representatives of this company up from london - shall i just call their bluff and tell the court in my defence they havent sent what i asked for and make no acknowledgement of alleged debt?

          You should file a version of the example defence based on them not substantiating their claim.
