Sounds like they aren't charging you for what you have received - they have sent the transaction lists - maybe in your letter you asked for 'copy statements' which would be chargeable, whereas the transaction lists come under the SAR, so they're saying if you want statement copies that'll be a fiver each... which is fair dos, but you don't need them.
If that's not it maybe do a pic of the letter so can see exactly what they're saying.#staysafestayhome

Well Lowell SHOULD reply to your reply to the letter of claim with documents before issuing a claim, but they don't always, so really it is a case of wait and see. You had some transaction lists off of the original creditor I think, so do they make you inclined to want to settle before having any court proceedings to deal with ?#staysafestayhome

Just wait and see if they come back with anything and then consider - they might just bugger off if they haven't got any documents .
Sounds like you need to concentrate on your child arrangements order application atm xxx#staysafestayhome

As Mike says, acknowledge the claim with intent to defend in full .... just makes sure you don't get a default judgment and buys you a bit more time ( 33 days from the issue date ) to sort a defence ( or decide to settle). I'm going to have a read back through your thread now to check what the situation is but can you post exactly what the particulars of claim are please. Ta.
btw The court claim form will have come directly from Northampton County court business centre and it always has a really crap copy court stamp on it.#staysafestayhome
