the agreement is dated 2011 at the bottom, iIpresume the 2018 dec date is when they sent it accross or copies of the screen, yes my address etc and dob is correct(thats about all that is!)
this is also an odd date because if they had this in Dec why didn't they sent it to me until now ??....there is stil no terms etc are there and the list they also sent is just a running list of card transactions, not statments or totals or calculations of intrest.

attached also is copy of notice of default they sent via email, I have replied to them saying there still non complaint.

Do you think I am fairly safe to contunie to defend?

          Yes

That isn't the agreement at all. It's just a screenshot of the application details they have on their system.

I wouldn't email them again btw. Just wait for directions now.

Just the court being slow- you've returned your directions questionnaire so just a case of waiting for your local court to have a look and issue directions - if you're concerned you could give them a ring to check the status xxx

So update .......after ages since I’ve not heard anything or anymore from Lowell’s or the court today I have a letter from the court .
i don’t know if I’ve missed a step somehow as it says that it’s been allocated to the small claims track after reviewing the statement of case and directions questionnaire filed ( I never got a directions questionnaire??)- does this matter ?
that they’ve allocated it to small claims track ...... there’s no date I presume that’s to follow ? As it says on a time and date attached to this order or to follow and there isn’t one
it ( how long will it take )

what happens next what what do I need to do I thought there was a mediation step ?
its also addressed from central London which isn’t my local court either
                                please help !
