Can you please post a copy of what you have received removing any identifying information?

£180 sounds like it come be something like a parking charge rather than the debt that was being talked about.

£180 was on the last court letter I received from lowell solicitors, before that I had letters from lowell asking for £1100

Post up the letter you received with personal details removed.

You first talked about receiving a letter from the court for £180 and now you are saying you received it from Lowell. Could you clarify please.

This looks like the court bailiffs acting upon a judgement against you for that amount because you ignored court paper work. Phone up the court and find out what it is about.

Have you ever received a claim from from the court? It would have had lowell's name on it and yours but on the court's headed paper and the court seal.

No this is the only letter that I have had with the court's seal on it.

Looks like you need to make an application to set aside the judgement and stay the Warrant of Control. I wouldn't wait to file it as the Warrant could be executed if you take time to ask the claimant to consent.

Yes, except a CCJ will remain on your credit file from the date it was issued for 6 years.
