    Moneyclaim New System ?

    Any idea what this is about on MoneyClaim online homepage? The 'Online Court' pilot maybe? ( https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/pr...-court-pilot#3 )
    There's a new, simpler system to make a money claim of up to £10,000 online. You may be able to use this if you're an individual without legal representation such as a solicitor. You can't use this service if you're a business or other company acting on behalf of an individual. If you're interested in taking part in HMCTS's new system, email your name and phone number to moneyclaims@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk

    Ooo they've added a bit to the form finder too... must be after guinea pigs.... now, who can I claim against ? ( for research purposes of course )

    There will be special rules for the new online procedure. These rules are intended to be short and simple and are aimed at the reasonably intelligent non-lawyer litigant in person.
