The trial info does not make sense. 5 judges? If it is magistrates it is 3. If actual judges (in wigs etc) it is just 1 (with a jury of 12 potentially)
A no comment interview does not really damage your defence - however not speaking up in court obviously would.
I would not see this going to Crown Court - more likely to stay in mags unless the defendant chose jury trial.

You will come back for sentencing once the report is done. This is not a re-trial. You will not be able to put any evidence to the court.
