The trial info does not make sense. 5 judges? If it is magistrates it is 3. If actual judges (in wigs etc) it is just 1 (with a jury of 12 potentially)
A no comment interview does not really damage your defence - however not speaking up in court obviously would.
I would not see this going to Crown Court - more likely to stay in mags unless the defendant chose jury trial.
From the description it sounds like you were found guilty and the judge / mag has ordered a pre-sentence report
You will come back for sentencing once the report is done. This is not a re-trial. You will not be able to put any evidence to the court.
I assume you then want to appeal the conviction?
I am very confused by what has happened thus far from the descriptions.
What does the solicitor say will happen?

I dont kno how it works at all the people in there seemed very professional not like civilians rounded up, but non had wigs either

So yea i think its an appeal of the guilty sentence

I was given bad advice on staying silent during court lol thats the only reason im probably falsely convicted

I am also confused about what has happened so far and what court you were at.

But as far as I can make out a court has convicted you of assault but you have not yet been sentenced. The Probation service is going to prepare a report for the court and you will be then go back to court and be told the sentence.

It is too late now for you to tell the court all the things you have put in your defence statement that you posted on this thread. The court has already found you guilty. The only thing they still have to do is tell you what punishment they are going to give you. They will not let you argue that you should not have been convicted.

After you have been sentenced you might be able to bring an appeal. Then you would be able to raise the things you have put in your statement on this thread.

I don't know if your appeal would succeed. You need to see a solicitor who has all the details of what has happened so far. They can advise whether any appeal is likely to be successful.

so ive been abused by my mother since childhood she hurt my eyes and penis physically and had angry eyes when i was a child (i had angry eyes as a very small at a school copying her , and as a child and went crazy with anger over babies on TV) and she got gruff men to stare me out and intimidate me etc so I dont look up much and may not have seen the wigs or judges

I wonder if my mum can be done for perverting the course of justice now she was caught out lying on video in court?

I have no further advice to give but just wanted to say how awful your experience was as a child. Writing it down for this thread must have brought it all back to you. You might find it helpful to get professional support. Your GP would be the starting point.

I agree. You need help from your solicitor regarding the case. It sounds to me like it was a magistrates case - there will have been 3 ordinarily dressed "judges" on the day. You will return for sentencing. If you tell me EXACTLY what the charge was we can look at potential sentences via the guidelines. If you believe you were wrongly convicted you can appeal. This goes to Crown Court and is heard by a Judge and 2 magistrates. I sit on a Crown Court panel so can tell you more if you need general information. The case would be fully re-heard by the judge and the magistrates.
