Ok so I got some lousy advice to stay quiet as the best way to deal with legal matter so I did, this got me a guilty charge despite not breaking the law because I didnt provide my counter evidence or talk for an assault charge
Now im going to give the full truth my side of events but its now late and i may be suffering inference problems , so I may be found guilty again despite never even breaking the law,
So i defended myself against a woman with a knife by manourvering/ pulling her hair and dragging her across the floor (I also have sever panic problems and an irregular heart beat so it wasnt just the knife that made me fear for my life)
I obviously felt for my life and safety so legally im allowed to use appropriate force
My adverse interference defense is that I received poor legal advice from a solicitor online a long time ago (like just ask legal), and that I was medicated (prolanalol) and traumatized during the interview (knife fear, extreme panic and irrationality, )
is that enough to secure a not guilty in the re trial???? (what im afraid of is a detail im not aware of i only just learnt what adverse interference is)
