I didn't actually provide any advice, just politely asked the OP to read the article. I didn't expect OP to refer to the case
OP hasn't stated any legal argument against the judgement and appears to be basing his appeal on sarcastic comments made by the judge during the trial
If I was a lip in court, or judge's chambers, I would find sarcastic comments whilst giving my witness statement, belittling and off putting

atticus many thanks for that, my question might seem stupid, I filed everything requested in 6.3 and 6.4 when I made the application for permission to appeal and filed with the claimant, do I submit all that again or file new once I've received the court transcript, as with the transcript I don't the witness statement of my Lay rep as that was only to conform the judges attitude.
              really apricate all the help

You are required to file that bundle by 11 October. My advice would be to do it again, but first to double check that it has been prepared strictly in compliance with the requirements.

                    Hello,

hope you won't mind my help.

You should remake them and include updated skeleton arguments etc about why your appeal will succeed rather than why you should be granted permission.
