So the transcript has to be approved by the judge. I'm not sure what you mean you have received a copy of it if the transcibers are saying it still needs approval?

JK2054 this is the email from the transcribers, the Judgement was simple, Judge says he finds for the claimant awards amount plus costs the usual

So, upon 04.10.24, the whole transcription process should be fully completed. At this point, an invoice will be generated for the work done and upon receipt of payment, the finished transcription of the proceedings will be then released to you.

If your request includes a judgement however then that part of the transcript cannot be released to you until it has been approved by the judge, this typically takes in excess of a month. The rest of the proceedings will be still sent to you when the invoice is paid, it will only be the judgement that must be sent to the court before it can be delivered to you.

Also some of the judge's words are omitted, especially his sarcastic comments, is this allowed ?

            Hi JK2054
During the hearing for which I am appealing the Judge made a few sarcastic comments, I have read the transcript and his comments have not made the transcript, wondering if this is allowed and how I can prove his comments, really apricate all the help, gives me confidence and reassurance

uhh the transcribers can take out things that aren't part of the legal judgement i believe. To get the comments you should apply for a transcript for the part of the hearing that the judgement as red out in, but don't apply for the judgement itself (this i believe would get you everything that the tape picked up)
