Ok, thank you. So in my position would it be more beneficial for me to make a separate "without prejudice" offer/s to settle, or to make those offers to settle as an open letter, rather than marking as "without prejudice"?

If this ended up going through the courts, I would want to be able to show the judge that I made reasonable effort to settle. Are their ways around this, such as could I ask the judge permission to show them my "without prejudice offer/s to settle"?

What are the risks and/or benefits of a "without prejudice" offer to settle?
