Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

Ok, thank you. So in my position would it be more beneficial for me to make a separate "without prejudice" offer/s to settle, or to make those offers to settle as an open letter, rather than marking as "without prejudice"?

If this ended up going through the courts, I would want to be able to show the judge that I made reasonable effort to settle. Are their ways around this, such as could I ask the judge permission to show them my "without prejudice offer/s to settle"?

What are the risks and/or benefits of a "without prejudice" offer to settle?

Thank you yes, that would be most appreciated - However I would prefer to post a draft to be improved by your very knowledgable selves, if that would be ok?

In the meantime, it would be helpful for me if you could possibly answer my question in post 92, whilst I am thinking about how best to deal with an appropriate response to this matter.

I have nothing more to say at this stage. This thread has gone on very far too long.

Says it all. I seem to remember the previous thread ended in a similar way. How sad.
