    Hi,

I received a letter from Overdales this morning stating that Lowell has decided to discontinue court proceedings and that’s the end of it.

Many thanks to all that posted and especially to JaguarsUk you have really helped me out.

Im extremely happy that I decided not to give in and the correct outcome has prevailed.

      Excellent news.

Keep all the documents stored digitally in two cloud back ups if you can and wait for the 'Notice of Discontinuance' to arrive from the court with the seal stamped on it before truly relaxing. It's over once you have that piece of paperwork.

I say keep the paperwork as Lowell may sell the debt of the debtor to some other leeches who might try their luck, at which time you'll be able to show them all the correspondence you have and it would be unlikely they'd file a claim.

Amethyst do we still mark threads with 'Won?'
