i can not remember much about the bank account to be honest as i had the account back in 2000 or so. It was a current account. It had an overdraft on it but i can not be sure of the amount of overdraft. I.am assuming i asked for the overdraft verbal and the bamk verbally agreed it. AG have not sent me anything signed by myself. Just standard terms of the bank account. The £1.00 payment again i dont remember paying them in 2012. But apparently i did using a visa card. Again unsure what card was used.
I have.moved several times due to Domesric violence . The bank was.made awere if my mental health.
When judgement was set aside i was told.by the judge that i must have a denfence in bu the 20th of july. So i dont know how to defend apart from the obvious.
    No informarion
Mental health that the bank was awere of.
Other than this i dont.know what.else to quote from the consumer act
    Or banking regulations.
I dont know if some other agency had the debt before arrow global but they claim it was passed to the back in 2016 and they then got a default judgement which i got.set aside two weeks ago.
I need to urgently get a defence into court otherwise they get a judgement again by default.

Any help on a defence at this stage would be helpful.

I have no idea of hsbc terms and condtions they just.look like something you would pick up from.any bank when you apply for a bank account. Or just enquire there are pages of terms and conditions 20n to 30 pages of small print. But no.contract or signed documents.

I will.apply as well for the information what information should this allow me to get from HSBC please as i am unsure of what

A SAR should get you all data that HSBC have on record about the account.
If you've had other accounts with HSBC, it might help to limit the SAR to the HSBC account number for the relevant one.

Good morning . However i still need to write and have a defence filed with the court by the 20th of july . Do i use the same defence as i would for a credit card? Or would the defence be different? As its an overdrawn bank account?
