If you tried to enforce the debtor to pay via bailiffs/HCEO why did they fail to get your money.
intrest on a judgement order

To move forward you need to know if the Defendant has any assets - money or goods - and how easy it is going to be to get recompense. Sorry to be so blunt but you may never get it, not fair I agree but that is how it is. You can still continue with enforcement but don't forget you have to pay initially and although it can be added to the debt owing there is no guarantee you will get it.
You can add the interest we worked out previously - £1-97 per day and add to that the costs of any enforcement you have had to pay. Just because you have Judgment does not mean you automatically get paid which is something a lot of folks think. There are a lot of Defendants who specialise in avoiding paying any of their debts.

If it is in writing anywhere can you copy and paste so we know the context. Court statutory Interest is 8%.
0.085% would be 2p a day or £18 overall since 2016 - which isn't right#staysafestayhome
