I just checked paperwork at home bwlegal have not taken it to court at all . However they have said its not statued barred but i know it is 6 years from the dates they gave me for the last payment.(I did think i paid the money back) it appears 60.00 pounds was outstanding now they want 350.00 last paymemt made Novemeber 18th 2012.
this company state its not statued barred will this be due to letters they have sent me recently over the last few months? Or telephone calls i made to them? Please advise the debt was a moneyshop loan 200 pounds i had paid it back plus interest which is stupidly high. But i must of forgotten another 60.00 pounds needed to be paid

There's a letter to send if a debt is Statute Barred here -> https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...ed-debt-letter

Have they given you a breakdown of how it's got back up to £350 when you'd got it down to £60 ?

I'd send the statute barred letter slightly amended (to say you'd like a full breakdown of the alleged debt) along with your letter from your GP and also a CCA request and £1 ( I don't recall if you already did that on this one - if not sending a CCA Request won't hurt )

In addition to disputing this debt with BW Legal (in other words what I am suggesting is not an alternative, you can't ignore BW Legal) you should look at whether you can make an affordability complaint to the money shop about this loan and any previous from TMS and also any other payday loans you had as well.
