I have just recevied a letter today from bwlegal stating i owe the money shop £345.00 so o called them up they informed me the original loan was taken out in 2012 September 20th. For £250.00 they received one payment of £187.50 on the 9th of october 2012. I dont remember anything about this loan. i asked for more info and said ' is this statued barred " they said no not according to the paperwork they have placed my account on hold for 30 days. What should i do now. I.told them about my mental health and they want It in writing which is fine. But they seem to be un helpful and did not care about my health as well as threatening that if i dont reply in 30 days they are taking court action.
