        If it is being lodged at the hearing, yes, and take a copy of it with you.

        I did the same with a case a few years back against Abbey, we agreed settlement day before but both sides attended court to inform the judge. I always think it's safest to attend just in case of shenanigans. The Judge will likely check you are happy with the settlement agreement and that'll be that.

          Yes, the letter said that their advocate would attend and so you should attend to ensure they do as they said.

          When you go you have to sign in with the usher, ask them if the other party has arrived and could they introduce you. You can then check with their advocate that all is going to the agreed plan.

          I'm a doom mongerer and nay sayer, so go prepared as though you are going ahead with the hearing with all your documents etc. That way if anything changes between now and Friday you are still ready to go.
