Hi All it seems that LTS is now 'liquidating' and the company apparently has been shut down. Berhanu must be attempting to wangle out of responsibility by declaring bankruptcy...again...

My sources tell me she is in Columbia at the moment. Obviously trying to convince them that LTS is still OK.
Berdale Centres is also marked as Active once again but I do not know why.
Berhanu claims not to know why either!

I have it on good authority that she has forged bank statements and written rubber cheques for huge sums other than just owing wages to staff.
I cannot divulge any more publicly at this time as it may harm our case

I do know that the police are still taking statements from various people.

It is no surprise that more and more lies are surfacing. Let's make sure anyone else affected by her comes forward. I am sure Berhanu will be working on being out of the UK as much as possible as she must realise so many people including the authorities are wanting an explanation! I wouldn't be surprised if she's planning on moving abroad permanently to escape yet more responsibility.

Just an update - things are sounding positive in terms of the police investigation - the case has by no means been dropped,

Well, with the Sheriffs being in touch with both of the Berhanus They are offering to pay me £35 per week to pay pay off what they owe. I think not Michelle, dip into your bank account and pay what is owed.

Talk is cheap - id be AMAZED if they paid you even that much - 35p sounds more like them!

I hope you do see the money owed to you though, they dont deserve to keep a penny of it, or the dozens of other people's wages they pocketed!

ACTION REQUIRED!

Mrs Berhanu has applied to Companies House to have Berdale & LTS struck off the register.
Companies House have posted the request in the London Gazette as is normal practice.
If the companies are struck off, anyone trying to claim money from the company/s will find it extremely difficult or even impossible.

The course of action is simple...

If you have a claim against LTS or Berdale please now write to Companies House, indicating that you are owed money by whichever company and that you wish to object to the striking off on those grounds.
Companies House will then postpone the Striking Off order until claims are finalised.

The crooked mother and son team that is the Berhanus' have now applied to the court for a stay on the writ I have against them. Does anybody have an idea of how likely this is to be successful?

well, at 11:00 tomorrow I shall be facing the junior member of the Berhanu con team in court. He is applying to have the judgement set aside as he claims he is a non-executive director and therefor has no liability.

Im hoping that I have enough information to show that LTS were fraudulently trading and that as a director he knew (or ought to have known) that this is the case and that he should be liable
