Maybe I am living in hopes but I do wonder why that Sabrina lady rang and left a voicemail she wasnt been aggressive just said about my court claim and can I call her back to discuss it. Wonder if it is their new tactic negotiating with people as they are not worried more and more people are defending themselves and maybe they now really worry they won't win in court? Maybe I am just hoping that for my sake but would be nice for once For them to start panicking!

They're not going to call you to do you any favours. I wouldn't speak to them on the phone. if they have anything to say let them put it in writing.

Rang the court and they are going to send me a questionnaire for me to fill in and return a copy to the court and one to the claimant! Should be posted today or tomorrow. Moving along quite fast! I feel bad for wasting the court precious time!

Yep, that will be the N180 Small Claims Track directions questionnaire. Basically it asks which court you want to move the case to for any hearing.

I would imagine they would use LPC Law and send an advocate.

I doubt it very much, but if they do, we are ready for them.

Yes, my comment is based on the unlikely assumption that they'll attend court

Mediation? Hey why not!! You can bill him at a fiver per minute of your time, take a swear box and he can pay a tenner per £@@K...
Hell you have him by his gonads... Time they got squeezed...:-) Shame my passport not up, would fill his form in myself.... I could quite happily see him in court for all the misery he has inflicted on others...:tongue2:

That was speedy. Yes just fill it in - No to mediation, unless you want to mediate for a settlement (I doubt it but the option is there), 1 witness (yourself) and your local county court https://courttribunalfinder.service....search/address
