As Amethyst said, Ivan's case was really about the non-provision of service where as yours is more about the fact that you were initially misled into believing that BPS were HMPO. There's a hearing on Wednesday that will be defended more along those lines so the judgment in that case will be more relevant to you. In this one we've submitted a skeleton argument (in addition to the witness statement) and an application for a wasted costs order in advance of the hearing so we'll see if that strategy works. Amethyst will be attending so we'll get some first hand feedback.

Hi guys I've been abroad for the last week...I've just picked up all my mail and lo and behold there was a cheque for the sum of £109 from my old buddy Richard...happy days...I'll get that in the bank ASAP....
