        As Amethyst said, Ivan's case was really about the non-provision of service where as yours is more about the fact that you were initially misled into believing that BPS were HMPO. There's a hearing on Wednesday that will be defended more along those lines so the judgment in that case will be more relevant to you.         In this one we've submitted a skeleton argument (in addition to the witness statement) and an application for a wasted costs order in advance of the hearing so we'll see if that strategy works. Amethyst will be attending so we'll get some first hand feedback.

                                Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                                Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                                If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
