                        Fantastic

I am still at work and won't leave in case anything else is needed. Some hard copies of documents are at home. I think !

That should be fine for the WS, we have 4/5 days to do the skeleton argument, I've already drafted a letter to use to inform court about your non attendance but we want to leave that till 7 days before the hearing.

Also check with your parents tomorrow if they have received a witness statement off of Richard.

I've mucked up a paragraph number, and had to use the redacted invoice and charges but should be okay - just try dig out the unredacted ones to go in with your skeleton argument later in the week..... we can correct anything with that

Date of appointment we've put 2015 instead of 2014...

also need to add a bit to say that the massive list of judgments are all by default - though we can bring that up in the skeleton argument.

we can also attach the FULL articles and some evidence from the Which?, MSE and LB sites. Can't really do that with a witness statement as its hearsay.

No problem. I think I have the redacted version at home, I HOPE I didn't just throw it in the bin. Many thanks again.
