      Re: PPI

      Thats Great. Really Appreciated.
Do you think I should wait a few days for a response from the complaints team, before I contact him?

I would give them until tomorrow, then if nothing, email the CEO also with an attached copy of your agreement.:tinysmile_twink_t2:

              Re: PPI

So they not contacted you at all then since you've spoken to them?

Send another to the CEO and state you only want confirmation of an insurance product, please get back to me by 3 to 5 days from this email.

Did you receive any email confirmation the last time you emailed? x

                Update on this.
Attached is letter I recieved last week.

REMOVED AS PERSONAL DETAILS LEFT ON ( you might want to edit them and reupload them to photobucket before putting back here - and yes they worked fine - if upside down )

Not sure what to do now?
Very Sorry if I have not attached properly.

                Thanks

                        Hiya

Thank you for posting this up.

Right okay for the handling they have offered you the £50 that is fine and what you do need to do is tell them they have failed in enclosing the info they mentioned within their letter.

Then take your complaint to the address they have provided you with about the insurance.

                          Re: PPI

                          Thanks will do that.
Funny how the phone conversation was not recorded, when the person I was speaking to clearly stated that it was.
Also when they sent the check for £50 they say it is for an Overpayment, not sure what they mean by this.

As I mentioned earlier, I was on the understanding that the Gap Insurance was thrown in Free as part of the deal to sign for the car.
Do you think I have a case against the Dealership?
                          Thanks Again.

                            Your welcome x

I certainly think you should give it a shot as its known that people have been successful depending on reasons given.

And the fact that it was the dealer that set up and applied the insurance they are therefore responsible x
