still no cheque, phoned on monday, they said they would need to send me out a new offer recalculating the interest as it had only been calculated up to oct 13th, got that new offer on wednesday and my cheque has went up by £16.

going to try that email address to hurry them up, ive ordered a new suite, which is due for delivery on monday, was kinda counting on this lol

the 7k was how much i borrowed, the ppi was separate.

not sure how it all worked because i had paid the loan off a year early
