    Re: stevokenevo V LTSB Insurance

Did you go down the route of the FOS or did you leave it?
If you left it then the bank is where you need to start with.

                    Hiya Steve

Did they actually give you a timescale of when you should hear of a decision?

I assume its the standard letter of confirmation they send consumers after receiving the complaints.

                        Re: stevokenevo V LTSB Insurance

Received a letter on Saturday morning, acknowledging my complaint and asking me to fill out the enclosed questionnaire?

Phoned immediately explaining my complaint was made by way of submitting the completed questionnaire and was told not to worry about it, my complaint is progressing through the system and these forms were being sent out "en masse"

Just had a brain wave and will need to check the account number on the form, maybe its for another account? will need to check when i get home......................

                          Steve

Just what I was going to say, especially if you've already made complaints on this account previously.

You could also email them to double check as well if you want to, good luck.

Well with a bit of luck you will still hear before then, you can always do the nagging like I did to these lol.
