Sorry Turbo - Can you advise on the charges i.e how they have put default charge and charged me three times on one day etc?

what do you mean by the split aswell sorry about that.
The amount of the Loan Advance & the anount of the PPI Loan
    And related monthly payments
We are going to use the ratio of PPI LOAN to (CAHLOAN + PPI LOAN) as an apportionment factor of yur montly payments later on

Ideally-you should have had a thread about charges in the appropiate forum & one about PPI here----totally different issues

All charges and interest should be in the T&Cs any changes to the T&C's should be made in writing to you.

Do you still have the T&Cs? If so post it up.

Sorry to Bother but one other Question, Do the Loan Company have to state the terms of Charges and interest? I only Ever had a poor photocopy and Im pretty sure it Never stated charges amounts, so technically they could charge what the hell they want, how are loan companies allowed to do that?
Under section 77-78 Consumers rights I will request a copy of the agrement, but I can swear on anybodys life that all i ever had was a copy and that is it no charges leaflet no letter of possible intent. the more i delve into this case the more it seems as dodgey as hell!!!!

    Pock

about 2 years, but Im sure they will decide thats not correct it appears they reply pointlessly with no good answers and offer nothing, on top some times no reply so obviously just trying to get away with it.
